Southbound
Sun Valley → Hailey → Boise

Daily Southbound Schedule:

  • 08:20 AM – Departs Sun Valley Lodge (Main entrance)
  • 08:45 AM – Departs Hailey Post Office (Northeast corner by flag pole)
  • 11:20 AM – Arrives Boise Airport (Terminal upper level, first set of doors to Delta, Avelo, Spirit, and United)

Northbound
Boise → Hailey → Sun Valley

Daily Northbound Schedule:

  • 3:30 PM – Departs Boise Airport (Terminal ground level, near pillar #10. Use crosswalk to the center island.)
  • 6:15 PM – Arrives Hailey Post Office (Northeast corner by flag pole)
  • 6:40 PM – Arrives Sun Valley Lodge (Main entrance)

Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows

There is a $20 cancellation fee per ticket (one-way $20, round-trip $40). Tickets cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are not refundable for any reason.

Departure and arrival times are approximate and may be affected by construction, traffic, weather, acts of nature, or road closures, and other unforeseen events. Sun Valley Express is not responsible for delayed, missed, or cancelled flights or for personal emergencies, or change in travel plans.
